Not yet wired to the calculator: saving here stores the structural grid in projectState.projectData, but BOQ Tool (current) still runs on its own separate, hardcoded structural assumptions (13 columns, 250×300mm, fixed 3.0m height) until this page is connected as its real input — that connection is the next build step, not done in this pass.

Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing

Dedicated generators for M&E and Plumbing, planned as a later, separate build. Until then, the Electrical/Mechanical/Data lines in the BOQ use a placeholder percentage-of-total-project-cost method rather than a real take-off.
